Please know that when you stay here at Benton End Flower Farm that we are a working farm, therefore there are a number of horses, ducks, chickens, dogs and cats onsite. Whilst you are pretty much away from the main hub of the farm, you may hear distant mower or tractors occasionally, although we do our best to keep noise to a minimum during your stay :)

One important part of your stay is please DO NOT ALLOW our farm cat Skippy into your glamping tent, he may visit you for hugs, evening tickles and woo you with his rather charming personality, but, he is not allowed in the Flower Belle or Prosecco Princess glamping interiors. (he may try and persuade you) stay strong and say no please :) 

However, he is fine all other areas, that's if you wish him to be there, he really loves people. If you are not so keen on cats, feel free to gently shoo him away, he will go off in a huff, but its fine, he still has us for cuddles.

​Bookings 

Payments by paypal, and the following cards:
Visa, Mastercard.
A deposit equal to the total cost of the booking is required.
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to 20% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
